With a legacy spanning over 30 years, the Chaabane family's dedication to quality and authenticity is the heart of Nefiss Olive Farm. Our journey began in the historic region of Jedaida-Tebourba, where ancient olive groves of the Chetoui variety thrive amidst the lush green hills. The area, inhabited since the dawn of time, is home to the small olive-growing town of CINCARI whose ruins date back to the beginning of the Roman-Christian era, 2000 years ago.

A TRADITIONAL FAMILY FARMIt is in this enchanting place that the Nefiss Farm is located. The farm is managed by the “Chaabane” family, related and allied to the “Ben Nefissa”, the last heirs of the illustrious marabout Sidi Ahmed ben Nefissa.
The Nefiss farm extends over 13 hectares between the river bank and the top of the hill. Agricultural activities are well diversified, but the olive tree is at the heart of everything, in a circular economy approach. |

AN ECO-FRIENDLY OIL MILLNefiss Oil Mill champions eco-friendly practices throughout our production process. Our two-phase transformation method extracts oil and wet pomace without adding water or producing vegetable waters.
This sustainable approach ensures top-quality oil with optimal polyphenol content, setting new standards for eco-conscious olive oil production. |

CERTIFIED ORGANIC OLIVE OILSince December 2022, the Nefiss oil mill has been certified organic by the international office ECOCERT (NOP and TN certifications). The production of organic olive oils began in 2023-2024 season.
Its rigorous procedures ensure that certified organic olives keep this specificity through its chain of processing, bottling and storage. |
